#TrayWasHere Blog: T.R.A.Y. - On the Radio (Lyrics Only)

Song: On The Radio
Artist: T.R.A.Y.
Album: Home 4 The First Time

Chorus:
I know you heard me on the radio, true
I bet you still won't play me doe, true
You listening to what yo girlfriends mention
If I was you, I wouldn't pay them no attention
He's ah, he's ah, he's a G
Tryna get paid everyday of the week
Hustlas respect the boy grizzy
Hatas just talk, real niggas fuck wit me

Verse 1:
Yo Tray gets paid ma, wipe off yo glasses
I school niggas like sophmore classes
We tryna get this music out to the masses
In other words, millionares, I am on they asses
So make way for the go-gettas I represent
Yo girlfriend is a golddigger for every cent
She like to be round dudes, just cuz they coppin jewels
Its no wonder she get treated like a prostitute
Yeah, and when its all said and done
I'll prolly be the one with my name on her tongue
Young...boy dumb full of cum
A horse reminds her of the way the boys hung
So don't trip thats what to be expected
She looking for a dad now, cuz she got neglected
I know it is what it is and I respect it
Meanwhile I dreamin on the mic, now check this

(Chorus)

Verse 2:
Tray wit a capital T, ma get at me
I know you heard I run the street like a track meet
You prolly know a few cats that wanna clap me
Tell em put they hands together the next time they dap me
Cuz I don't know what they take me as
Before I ever be broke I rape they ass
No homo, what I mean is take they cash
Make em feel like they just got fucked up they
So don't let the pretty boy face fool you
Thats my distraction to make sure I lose you
So when I use you and straight up abuse you
Its mutual, Im not the right type of dude for you
Hoes get pimped niggas, pimps get paid
Most niggas tricks still tryna get laid
Me, I got the lokes on sittin in the shade
Chillin like a villain while my song gettin played like...

(Chorus)

Verse 3:
Yo check it, I talk like this cuz I'm reckless
Lames be all on my dick cuz I'm connected
And thats from the midwest all the way to Hollywood
When its time to eat I reach out like an octopus
I got my hands on everything moving
Squeezing real tight cuz I don't plan on losing
See me with the mic and my fans all grooving
Fiending all night, God damn I'm the truth man
Locally accepted, globally respected
The flow shine brighter than a hundred karat necklace
So when yo friends start talking bout my next hit
Tell em call the radio station and request it
Tray a number one hit maker
Plus his whole team be balling like the Lakers
Five on the shot clock, never got a shot blocked
Three seconds left till I'm standing on the top spot

(Chorus)

Since the release of his early 2016 effort All Access, T.R.A.Y. has been very silent in the studio. Over the weekend, he previewed some new songs on his Instagram account. "Listening to a new mix" wrote T.R.A.Y. on an Instagram post. After the proclamation that he's back in the studio, he unleashed a snippet featuring him rapping over a hard-hitting trap-beat.  Last year, he promised to be done with music period and remained mum regarding any upcoming work. With his recent output on Instagram, and Snapchat, T.R.A.Y. may have revived some motivation to drop another project by the end of the year. Listen to the snippet below. Title: T.R.A.Y. - Blue Ivy (LP) Related Music: T.R.A.Y. - Book Of Psalms: 7 Mixtape Review: T.R.A.Y. aka Travell Rhymes and You blossoms  on his latest mixtape release. Lyrically this is some of his best work yet. Listen to the Eminem styled track titled "iEM GOD" where he does the vocals of 4 different characters in one song. "Yuck a.k.a. Ugggh" is literally one of T.R.A.Y. most popular freestyles, as he raps on a rugged fast pace tempo, keeping up with the original beat. The freestyle marks the beginning of recording sessions that will eventually lead to other full length albums. There are many well put together verses and he kills his own remix to already popular songs by Drake, Kendrick Lamar, 2Chainz, and Meek Mill. In true T.R.A.Y. fashion each song features complex rhyme patterns, he also leaves a few treats for fans and artists looking to feature on his songs. Listen/Download Below.      ...

The HitList: 1 went viral when Travell released "Everyday is Valentines" & "My favorite Song" from the award winning "T.R.A.Y. - So Midwest Hollywood LP."
